Greetings Waggin' Tails Clients!
Our business is currently in transition to make your animals experience even better! During this time, we will be making changes to our facility as well as training staff members to better care for your pets. Due to high volume of boarding and limited staff, we will not be offering Daycare, Little Rascals or Walk-in Services as of Monday, June 7th until further notice. We will, however, have all of our boarding options available and services for those boarding with us.
Our lobby will be open to boarding and grooming clients as of Monday, June 7th. We will be requiring clients to wear masks fully covering both their mouth and nose while in our facility. If you are aware of any exposure to COVID-19 or are experiencing any COVID-19 like symptoms within the past 14 days, please stay in for vehicle and call the reception desk at 608-271-4212 x3.
Once daycare is back up and running, we will require reservations; please call us to book your spot! We will be notifying the re-opening of Daycare, Little Rascals, and Walk-in Services via Facebook, Instagram, and our website: waggintailspetcare.com

Per usual, we are disinfecting, cleaning, scrubbing, and using all measures to clean our office, kennels, and outdoor spaces. On top of that, we are disinfecting any surface that employees or clients come in contact with including pens, markers, countertops, bathrooms, door handles, gate handles, etc. This is already a part of our cleaning checklist but we have increased the intensity and frequency of this process.
Our goal is for Waggin’ Tails to be as safe as possible for you so your pets can still get the care they need without risking your own health. We also want our team members to stay healthy so we can continue to provide you with the thoughtful care you have come to know with us. As always, feel free to call or email us with any questions.
In the midst of developments with COVID-19 (The Corona Virus), we are implementing practices to help protect our clients and our team. Participating in these steps will be beneficial to our community at large. These plans may be updated with the changing environment surrounding COVID-19. We will communicate any further developments as they occur. We understand that there are many questions, concerns, and fears. Please know we are here to help you in any way we can.
The greatest risks for transmission are through airborne particles. Surface contamination is another mode of transmission and is something we already manage in our routine operations. We routinely disinfect surfaces and wash our hands and avoid touching our faces to prevent transmission. We are adjusting our practices to focus more on limiting exposure between humans.
*If you are feeling sick or having any symptoms please refrain from bringing your pets in to avoid any exposure to other clients or our employees.
